Every garment at The Man Project is bespoke — hand-cut and constructed to your individual measurements over more than 22 hours. As such, our returns policy reflects the made-to-measure nature of our work.

Bespoke Commissions

Because each piece is made uniquely for you, bespoke commissions cannot be returned or refunded once construction has begun. We include two to three fitting sessions in every commission to ensure a perfect fit before final delivery.

Fit Guarantee

If any line, drape, or proportion is not right at delivery, we will make the necessary alterations at no additional cost until the fit feels like a second skin.

Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or remake the affected element.

Cancellations

Consultations and deposits may be cancelled before fabric is cut. Once cutting begins, deposits are non-refundable.
